• Unused OEM replacement parts may be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
• No returns on generic / aftermarket replacement parts.
• No returns on electrical items / electronic components.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, this includes returns and cancelled orders.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All canceled orders will be refunded in full less the 3.5% credit card/PayPal fees.
• No returns will be accepted without an RMA number given by customer service.
• Manufacturers pictures and part numbers are for identification purposes only.
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• Shipping charges on oversized items is subject to change. The customer will be contacted prior to shipment.

• Free and flat rate shipping are within the 48 contiguous states only.
• Free and flat rate shipping are based on current web prices.
• Free shipping is on select items over $149. Excludes: laundry carts, laundry cart wheels, laundry bags, trunnions, oversized items and overweight items.
• Shipping on freight items are for standard commercial deliveries (customer responsible for unloading from back of truck). Residential, lift gate, and notification services are available for an additional cost.
• Redeeming Loyalty Rewards points online is subject to approval by Gold Coin Laundry Equipment, Inc.
• Only one coupon code per order permitted (this includes Loyalty Rewards redemption codes).
