The following policy applies to the purchase of Standard bill changers and Vend-Rite soap vending machines.

• Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of invoice date.

• No returns will be accepted without a RMA number given by customer service.

• All returns must be shipped at customer’s expense​.

• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the actual original freight charges to customer’s location.
